In order to guarantee the safety of our passengers and equipment, we have assumed the commitment associated with the Tourism Trust seal to implement and respect the protocols and sanitary measures, aimed at preventing and minimizing the Covid-19 contagion.

Given the evolution of this contingency, our protocol is constantly updated according to the instructions issued by the MINSAL.
- The sanitation process in all our facilities will be carried out daily according to the MINSAL cleaning and disinfection protocol, and will be in charge of the designated Sanitation Manager.
- In case of reservation, the following will be requested:
- Complete the traceability document and the passenger’s health status.
- Sign the risk awareness form associated with the activity, which includes the risks of contagion Covid-19.
- Sign affidavit of health.
- To avoid food maintenance, at the beginning of the activity, a box-brunch will be delivered which includes: a thermal glass for private use for tea or coffee beans, personal cutlery, 1 sandwich, salty and sweet snack. Lunch will be heated and delivered in individual servings.
- The mandatory use of masks will be requested from all passengers.
- Social distancing will be promoted, trying to keep passengers in different areas of the boat. At the same time, the disembarkation at the dock of the Laguna San Rafael National Park will be evaluated according to the current CONAF protocol.
- The suspension of travel in the face of a Covid-19 situation will be given notice at least 12 hours before the start of the activity and will maintain the flexibility to reschedule, as well as reimbursement, described in the General Conditions and Policies.
- In the event of a change of operator in the event of a Covid-19 situation, it will be previously reported.
- In case of cancellation of the activity by the passenger in the face of a Covid-19 situation, the refund will be 100% up to 24 hours prior to the activity, sending the respective medical certificate indicating associated symptoms or detection of the virus.
- In the case of regular trips, that is, groups of people who do not travel together, navigation will be carried out with a maximum of 10 passengers, blocking seats to guarantee the social distance required by the Ministry of Health.
- In order to promote private trips, we will grant a special rate for these cases.
